Lead Pastor Josh Doneff

Josh Doneff has been a pastor in Evergreen, Colorado, for over 20 years. After over a decade in youth ministry, he and his wife Christy felt a tug to launch a church in Evergreen built from the ground up with the unchurched in mind. Along with a crew of like-minded people, they launched Colorado Life Church in 2015, creating a sacred space for people to explore faith and experience God in a caring Christian community.

Josh has his Master's in Divinity from Denver Seminary, where he graduated without distinction. At CLC, he is known for his personable and practical teaching and for making people of all ages and backgrounds feel at home in church. He and Christy live in north Evergreen with their three kids. He has been a volunteer leader with Intermountain Young Life for over 15 years. 

In his free time, Josh works on their old house, hangs out with his friends, and runs around the mountains fishing, hunting, and skiing. Some other fun facts: He once hiked from his house to the top of Mount Evans. In 1989, he sang in a concert with Sandi Patty. Once, he almost got attacked by a mountain lion and didn't die. He even works out…sometimes.
